To make work easier for our clients we offer the Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts. These contracts are the most common form of contract used to undertake construction works by most private sectors on large-scale and complex infrastructure projects. Under an EPC contract we deliver a complete facility to our customer who only needs to turn a key to start operating the facility.
In addition to delivering a complete facility, we also deliver the facility for a guaranteed price by a guaranteed date and our standards are of high level. We will carry out the detailed engineering design of the project, procure all the equipment and materials necessary, and then construct to deliver a functioning facility or asset to their clients. The EPC phase of the project is also known as the Execution phase which normally follows what is known as a FEED or Front End Engineering Design phase. The FEED is a basic engineering design used as the basis for the EPC phase. The FEED can be divided into separate packages covering different portions of the project.
